Please check merchandise immediately upon receipt and report any error or damage at once. Any claims must be reported in 7 days after receipt of merchandise. When specific shipping instructions are not given, we will use our judgment to determine the most satisfactory routing.

No merchandise can be accepted for return without prior written approval of our office. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure that the merchandise returned is in unused condition, and is in the same container or package as originally received.
