Terms and Conditions

Returns must be made within 60 days from date of shipment. Exceptions must be approved with customer service before returning.
Returns must have an RGA# (Shop Tools invoice#) a copy of the packing list / invoice, or customer return paper work, along with a reason for the return. Please have your replacement PO if applicable on the return paperwork. All returns submitted must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original manufacturers packaging.
All returns are subject to a re-stock charge unless the item(s) has been determined to be defective, or miss-shipped, there will be no restock charge, and freight charges will then be credited.
A container that has been partially used and has been sent back to Shop Tools, Inc, will only be credited the unused portion, providing that the remaining contents are in re-sellable condition. Any tool that is not is resellable condition, or for any reason has been “Rejected” by the manufacturer will be returned to the customer at their expense along with freight charges.
All “Special Make” items are NON-RETURNABLE, unless the item was made wrong, or “not to print” by the manufacturer. Shop Tools will then have the item sent back to the manufacturer to have the tool corrected at no additional charge to the customer.
Precision measuring tools, or any “calibrated” items must be returned within 15 days and are still subject to manufacturers restock charge if applicable. Any tool that has been “marked” by the end user is not returnable. Any manufacturers defects must be reported within the 30-day period of shipment.
